Terms and Conditions of Stay
 
  The Linen is provided in all Flats, as is crockery, cutlery and glasses.

All Flats are metered, the meters take £1 and 50p coins.

Bathrooms are shared with guests occupying flats on the same floor.

Note that Towels are not Provided

Guests are welcome to have visitors into their flats on condition that it does not interfere or disturb the comfort of the other guests.

Visitors do not stay overnight without prior consent from the Proprietors.

All Pets are welcome.

A minimum of £10 per flat is required when booking your stay.
The balance is payable on arrival.

Your Flat will be available from 2pm onwards on your first day.

If you arrive earlier you may leave your luggage and return later when your accommodation is ready.
